This ongoing series of work researches the depths of the color black, its nuances and luminosity. Some of the themes within each painting are dark as well. Not of This Dimension reflects on the dangers of slipping to other dimensions, especially with the thought of changing the past and the peril this has on This Time and Now. Recent scientific thought and theories are leaning towards this possibility whereas, past theories have shown how to get to the future , but, unable to calculate how it would be possible to travel to the past. Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep studies how texture and gloss affect the receding aspects of the paint creating voids and foreign surfaces along with experimentation of different textures influenced by pure emotion and spirit. NOAH , my first free standing sculpture, born from Mother Nature developed an intense story during the creative process surrounding The Apocoplyse during which time Noah helps save the good of humanity with a chunk of Earth including glaciers on his back to take them to another planet for a new beginning. The block pedestal shows a timeline which is unclear of when, but wraps to the underside of the piece to represent a positive future in grafitti style. with a conduit that has been blocked with glass so as to not disturb the natural continuation of Universal time. This piece is in honor of all the scientists and glaciologists risking their lives in Antartica to save the planet and humanity. The DARK continues and evolves and these works are critical transitional pieces that culminated into the TIME Series, which now has become one and of its own.

A synopsis of the NOAH story
Ever since I was a child I would ask, What is beyond the Universe? I am not a scientist in the definifitive sense but behave like a mad scientist in my Art Lab. The Hadron Collider’s work at Cern, sparked me into research more in depth, scientifically at the subject of time and the theories that surround it . Although, this particular series may have elements of a broad range the topic of Time, Cosmic Timelines, and other Planes of Existence are foremost while further physical experimentation and research of the effects of both Interference, Iridescents and am now venturing into chromaflair or colorshifting paints and how they interact with other paints and mixtures to transcend the viewer to the possibilities of other dimensions and planes of existence. The James Webb Telescope’s images and the latest discoveries made by physists , scientific astronomers, glaciologists, theologists, string theorists provide an abundance of inspiration especially combined with readings such as, Bryan Greene’s Fabric of the Cosmos and Orwell’s 1984. AI on the verge of taking out humanities souls and possibly our lives and my own insecure, intense experiences, fears and spirituality are some of my motivations to pursue these questions and concepts in their own series. Born from THE DARK, TIME has begun with A GLIMPSE of a COSMIC TIMELINE. Using high texture with mirror elements, glass and curved metals to symbolize the non linear aspect of time, I began my analysis and research into pure pigments, car paint, interference and iridescences and luminescense, including Stuart Semple’s @LIT and have embarked on an astounding scientific mind expanding research endeavor involving Time, Alternate Dimensions, Other Life Forms, and Parallel Planes of Existence.
Using multi resin layers, plexiglass levels, three dimensionality representing timelines and time travel while the investigating depths of black as well as of light and bring endless possibilities and knowledge to come as I unite science and art through my imagination.
